Mix semolina, yoghurt, water and salt. Rest 5 min until slightly thickened.

Pour a ladle onto a greased hot tawa. Top with onion, tomato and chilli.

Cook 4–5 min on medium, drizzle oil around edges, flip and cook 3 min. Serve with chutney.
