Pressure cook sprouted beans with salt and water for 2 whistles until cooked but not mushy.

Fry onions until golden. Add tomatoes, misal masala, chilli powder, cook until oil separates.

Add cooked sprouts and 2 cups water. Boil 10 minutes. This loose curry is the rassa.

Serve in a deep bowl - thick sprout mixture at bottom, pour rassa on top.

Top generously with farsan, raw onion, coriander, lemon juice. Eat with buttered pav.
