Knead flour with water into a stiff dough. Roll thin and cut into noodle strips. Boil in salted water until al dente. Drain.

In a pot, saute ginger-garlic paste in oil. Add chilli paste and soy sauce.

Add all vegetables and stir fry on high heat for 5 minutes.

Pour in vegetable broth and bring to a boil. Season with salt and pepper.

Add noodles just before serving. Simmer 2 minutes. Top with spring onions and serve immediately.
