Marinate chicken in yoghurt, chilli powder, ginger-garlic paste and salt for 30 minutes.

Grill or pan-fry the marinated chicken until charred and cooked through. Set aside.

Melt butter in a pan, add tomato puree and cook for 10 minutes until oil separates.
