Wash greens thoroughly. Boil in minimal water with salt until wilted. Blend coarsely.

Mix rice flour with a little cold water. Stir into the green puree to thicken.

Cook on low heat for 15 minutes stirring regularly until kafuli thickens.

For tempering: heat ghee, add cumin, garlic, red chilli. Pour over kafuli.
